"We stayed at Gary's beach house for our birthday week and what an incredible rental! It was clean upon arrival, the initial reaction to the view...wow! Pictures can't really do it justice. Lots of character to the charming house and we used the grill and fireplace nightly. It checked off almost all of the boxes we have for a perfect getaway; great view, access to the beach, not too crowded, allows our dog, comfortable beds, great hiking in the area. I know we will want to go back again and again!"

"I absolutely loved this beautiful home, just a minutes walk down a lush green pathway to the beach. The home has wide open and light-filled space, along with a cozy feel and center fireplace...both modern and homey decor. The colors and decor are cheerful and tasteful. The large windows overlooking the ocean/bay provided a spectacular view, with a breathtaking sunset each evening. All was clean and fresh and all practical needs were more than covered. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby, to the sound of ocean waves and a gentle breeze. Only complaint is that my stay was too short! Will definitely go back again!"

"This was our 6th time and Gary's and Patricia's house in Netarts still loving it, both are very accommodating ensuring your stay is excellent. We had all kinds of weather, we still walked the beach everyday enjoying the beautiful views. The house has an amazing fireplace which we took advantage of every evening. In the area there is wonderful seafood that is sold fresh daily, we enjoyed crab and oysters. Would very much recommend. Also walking distant is Schooner Inn restaurant would very much recommend, very friendly staff. Our daughter is 16 and her friend loved the home found it very much a relaxing retreat away from reality. Overall I would highly recommend this home if you are looking to relax, enjoy amazing views and food this is the perfect vacation."
